Dancin' Machines!

Billie performed with her Hawaiian/Tahitian dance class members in the annual recital this past May.
She did so good...didn't miss a beat! (far left)

What a star!  She didn't quite know what to think about all the flowers!  :)

...with her sister and cousins Madeline, Abigail, & Katherine who came to watch her perform.

The girls were excited to go see Madeline perform at her last dance recital also.  However, 5 1/2 hours might have been a little long for 3 and 4 year olds.  Ha!  Kyleigh fell asleep after about the first 2 hours.  Madeline did great, and Billie was so excited that she got to see her dance.  Here they are with Madeline and cousin Lauren too.

"Train up a child in the way he should go:

And when he is old, he will not depart from it."
Proverbs 22:6

This past year, I decided to give up the 7th-12th youth group at church and form a Beginning Believers class for ages 2-6. I have been so blessed by this group...that's not to say it's not chaotic at times with these ages, but I go home on Sunday nights just amazed at how these kids are so willing and eager to learn about God. Their little prayers as we stand in our dismissal circle can really touch a person's heart. I want to thank all the parents who have committed their time also (because one parent/adult must stay with the child in their class); I believe this has helped tremendously with the format/organization of this class.
