We tagged along with my friend Cindy and her daughter Katie to her follow-up appointment after back surgery at Children's Hospital so we could go to the zoo afterwards. The girls had lots of fun. Kyleigh was just enamoured with the "monkeys"...she kept asking if she could get in there with them. She really LOVES monkeys! They were hilarious to watch; they really put on a show! When we left, she asked if she could go tell "her monkeys" bye. How sweet!
We also had a yelling incident that had Cindy and me in tears from laughing so hard. Katie was holding on to the end of Billie's harness when Billie decided to walk one way to look at something, and Katie was interested in something else across the way. Needless to say, Billie got jerked back a little, and then she turned and screamed, "STOP IT KAAATIEEEEE!!!!" Katie proceeded to yell back, "Sorry, I didn't mean to!" Just like a real sisters' little tiff! Wow! Cindy and I just stopped in our tracks laughing at the both of them. Ha!
